Tripple A Cakes & Ice Cream Depot respects your privacy. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or our enquiry form, we may collect your name, contact number and order details solely to process and follow up on your order.

What we do

• Use your details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
• Keep your information private — we never sell or share it with third parties.
• Handle all payments via MMG (Mobile Money Guyana) or in person on pickup/delivery; we never ask for or store card or bank details on this website.
• Store your shopping cart only in your own browser, on your device — it is never sent to us or shared, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Photos

With your permission, we may share photos of completed cakes/orders on our social media. You can decline at any time.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Tripple A Cakes & Ice Cream Depot you agree to the following:

• Custom cakes require advance notice — please order early, especially for event dates.
• Cake prices shown are a starting guide; the final price is confirmed with you based on size & design. A deposit may be requested to confirm custom orders.
• Prices are in Guyanese Dollars (G$) and may change without notice; quoted prices are honoured for confirmed orders.
• Product appearance may vary slightly from photos as items are handmade/freshly prepared.

Delivery & Orders

Shop online: add items to your cart and check out here on the site. Choose free pickup at 103 De Willem South, or Zippy’s Courier delivery: West Coast Demerara G$1,000 · Vreed-en-Hoop G$1,500 · Georgetown G$2,000 · East Coast Demerara G$2,500 · Linden G$3,000 (Linden deliveries are done on Wednesdays only).

Paying

• MMG (Mobile Money Guyana): send your payment in the MMG app using “Send to Agent” to our agent number shown at checkout, then enter the transaction ID so we can match it.
• Pay on delivery / pickup: pay with cash or MMG when you receive your order.

How it works

• Place your order — it reaches us on WhatsApp with all the details.
• We confirm your payment (and the final cake price, if you ordered a cake), then prepare your order.
• Zippy’s Courier delivers to you, or you collect at our shop.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with every order. Because we sell freshly made food alongside personal-care items, the following applies:

Fresh food (cakes & ice cream)

• Cakes, ice cream and other perishable items are made fresh to order and cannot be returned or refunded once prepared or collected, except where there is a genuine quality issue (see below).
• Custom cake orders may require a deposit. Deposits cover ingredients and labour and are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the agreed pickup/delivery date.

Fragrances & skincare

• Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
• For hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrances and skincare cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

• If an item arrives wrong, damaged or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp at +592 748 8485 within 24 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & refunds

• To cancel or change an order, message us as early as possible — we can usually accommodate changes before preparation begins.
• Approved refunds are paid back by MMG or cash, normally within 5 business days.
